Numbers don’t Lie

Truth. Sometimes, it is what it is. Certain. Sometimes it’s a matter of perspective. Sometimes it’s personal. Sometimes it is universal. It is exposing; sometimes a matter that needs to be suppressed. However, data is dispassionate; indiscriminate of who is exonerated or implicated. I made a decision to put out a story; one that was filled with my own personal struggles with if my truth was indeed able to be backed by the data which would make it a certain truth.

Was I terminated from my previous employer based solely upon my own merits, or was it par for the societal course? This article certainly seems so think it to be the latter.
